Thoughts, emotions and behaviors

Our thoughts, emotions, and behaviors all work together to create our dreams.
How? I’m so glad you asked.

To be able to live our dreams we first need to start thinking about what we desire – with all the juicy details we can think of. That makes sense right? Then we need to take it a step farther and imagine how we will feel actually living with our desires. These feelings give us the emotion. It must feel pretty good huh?

Now we need to start acting like we are already living with whatever we desire. This part may seem strange, but try to behave like you already have your desire – how would you act? What would you do? How would you feel? Where would you go? This can really be fun – please try it. If you have questions on how to act it out just let me know.

Wow! I think we will be walking into that dream any moment.
It’s funny – it is like it was waiting there for us to come along all the time.
Little things that make a big difference are our thoughts, emotions, and behaviors.
