Pleasant thoughts
We always have control over our thoughts. No one can think for us right? Does it make sense that it is in our best interest to fill our minds with pleasant thoughts? Pleasant thoughts can lead us to a better life. It’s the Law of Attraction at work again.
We may not have control over everything that happens around us but we do have control of our focus and our thoughts about it all. Plus our focus really does play a role on what we see happening around us.
Maybe we could write ourselves a list of all the pleasant thoughts we have. Reading, rereading and adding constantly to this list will help us focus on pleasant and positive thoughts. It’s all about focus isn’t it?
May you enjoy focusing on all your pleasant thoughts because pleasant thoughts can make dreams come alive!

Free to choose
We are ultimately free to make our own choices.
We may not be able to control exactly what other people do around us but we can certainly control the extent we allow it to come into our lives and how it affects us if at all.
Every minute of every day we can choose our responses.
Doesn’t that feel empowering?
No one can take away that power.
Choose – choose – choose – wow what a day we can create!

We've got the power!
I have decided those words will be my theme for this New Year.
We have the power to decide what we choose for our lives.
We have the power to make our lives exactly what we want them to be.
We have the power to create our dreams.
We have the power to live our dreams.
No one else has the power to create anything in our lives unless we give them that power.
There is also no need to feel overwhelmed by our power because it can be as gentle as we choose it to be.
The theme is: We’ve got the power so our success is inevitable!

What good can one do?
Each one of us has the power to control our own destiny.
Each one of us can control our own thoughts and choices.
Each one of us can control our own words and actions.
Each of us can choose for ourselves.
That is the power of one.
What if more want to join us?
Then that is the power of 2 or 3 or 4 or 10,000.
Does it matter if anyone joins us?

Do we have control?
What can we control and what can’t we control?
Exterior things cannot usually be controlled – other people, outside events, the weather …
We do however have control of our thoughts and responses because they come from within us. Those become our choices. Our choices are within our control.
So what do you choose for your dream life? Peace, contentment, love, wealth, health? It does not matter what is going on in the outside world. We have the control.
