Can we love ourselves?

When we are able to love ourselves unconditionally our life can really fall into place.
Everything can seem easier and even the world will seem more kind.

So how come it is so hard to love ourselves?
When is the last time you said, “I am proud of myself!”? Or told yourself, “That was a good job!”?

Can we practice being kind to ourselves?
Can we stop picking on what we don’t like and start appreciating all our good qualities?
I know it may be the hardest thing you have ever done.
But it may be one of the best things you could ever do.

When we love ourselves it is so much easier to love others and even to allow them to love us back! Yep, love is another thing that starts with us. Not just us loving others but it is deeper – we must love ourselves.

How many ways do you love yourself? Start counting! It could change your world.

How do you dazzle yourself?

Maybe you want to dazzle other people but I think first it is important we dazzle ourselves.
What do you love about yourself? Is there something about your personality, your skill set or your looks that you love? Is there more than one thing about you that can dazzle you? Wow, now we are loving and dazzling ourselves!

How can you accentuate those things that you love about yourself and are proud of? How can you thoroughly enjoy them? Now how can you go forth and show these attributes to the world? Be true to yourself and dazzle yourself first and then you will dazzle the world.
