Our past can be good for our future

Our past can actually help us create a glorious future. Even if something in our past was less than ideal, we can use that foundation to create what we now want. Maybe whatever happened was to clarify for us what we do not want in our lives. Maybe we even learned a skill or had an experience that can be put to good use now…..

When we look for the good in our past, it makes living in the present easier. Also, whatever we liked in our past we can just request more of it!

We can choose to use our past as a spring board to a glorious future! It is all about our focus. What do you appreciate about your past? And what are you looking forward to now?

Be in the moment

All of our power is in the now. Today – right this moment – that is our power.

What about the past? We can choose in the now to make a different decision than we did in the past or we can choose in our now to make something we did in our past better.

What about the future? Our now is the only thing that determines our future. What kind of future do you want? If we make our decisions today with the future we want in mind – the future we have chosen is assured.
