A great, big, marvelous game.
What is the object? The object is to have fun.
And choices? There are lots of choices! We can move anywhere on the board!
Don’t like that move? Don’t stay. Choose again. Choose another.
Try again – success waits.
The game of life is one with many players and many directions in which to move.
Players are even allowed to be in the same space.
Parties can erupt unexpectedly in this game.
And everyone is expected to have a lot of fun!

We are each perfect just the way we are.

Good Health
Who has a dream of good health? Chances are those of us with good health, take it for granted and maybe don’t even have it on the list. Those of us with poor health are the ones desirous of it.
Do you want better health? This is a great way to improve and maintain our health ….
Think only of good health. Do everything you do for good health – not because you are sick. Don’t take medicine because you are sick – take it because it makes you well. The goal is health and ultimately to feel good.
If ill health starts in the mind (Law of Attraction), good health can be maintained or regained with the mind. If we think good health and talk about good health, then before we know it – we will be feeling good health.
And so it becomes because we have chosen it. Are you feeling your power?

Perfect timing
Everything happens in perfect timing.
We have a tendency to want to rush – why do we do that?
What if we found the ways to enjoy and appreciate our now while we savored the thought of what is yet come? Isn’t the anticipation and planning half the fun? Why deprive ourselves?
What if we are so sure that it is coming to us that we relax on concerning ourselves with when it will happen? I feel the stress reduction already!
We know it will happen in perfect timing so that we can enjoy it to the fullest. The timing could not be more perfect if we had tried to plan it!
This way we get to enjoy it all. I love the concept of perfect timing.

Guilt - What's that?
End guilt. We do our best every day in every situation.
If we look back and feel that we should have made another choice in a past situation – we can choose to make it better now – in whatever way we feel is best. We can do and say what makes us feel right today.
We could write a post it - no more guilt – but I bet before long we would throw it away because we would not know what it was anymore – the very concept would be insane!

How much do we take for granted?
I walk to and from my yoga class in the mornings. Lately I have been noticing how well my body moves. I have a comfortable gate, and my hips and legs work smoothly with no pain. How wonderful it makes me feel. I feel healthy.
Our body is an easy one to take for granted until we get sick. Let’s be different – let’s appreciate our bodies when we are not even near being sick.
Gratitude does not have to be some elaborate elusive thing – we don’t ever have to go looking too far. What might you be taking for granted?
My body may not be totally perfect to me but I like the way it moves. Wanna see me walk?

Love - Happy Valentine's Day!
When we give our love freely it comes back to us from every direction.
The people we can show love for are endless. We can show our love for ourselves, our spouse or boyfriend/girlfriend, our kids, our friends, our co-workers, our pets, our neighbors and their pets, and the stranger walking towards us ……
So how can we show them our love?
We can give our love unconditionally, we can praise them for something, we can tell them why they are special to us, we can give out lots of hugs, we can do special things we know they will like, we can make them feel special with a simple smile and greeting …….. We can do this not just on one day but all year long.
Who can you show your love to? How can you show it?
Our love can go out to the world and impact many – but none will be more impacted than us. Isn’t it amazing? May you feel the love this Valentine’s Day and forever in your life.
The people we can show love for are endless. We can show our love for ourselves, our spouse or boyfriend/girlfriend, our kids, our friends, our co-workers, our pets, our neighbors and their pets, and the stranger walking towards us ……
So how can we show them our love?

Let's Play!
We need to play a little every day.
What is the use of being here on earth if we cannot enjoy ourselves?
Remember how much fun it was to play as kids?
Everything in our life gets better when we stop and play for awhile.
Suddenly we can enjoy everything more.
Challenges we may be feeling don't seem so big ....
And new ideas seem to pop into our head like magic!

We always have a choice
No matter what is going on around us we can always choose what we want in our life. Is it a down economy? You know there are people that thrive. Is it an up economy? You know there are people that thrive and there are those that do not.
Why? Everyone is different because each of us can choose our life. We get to choose our reality no matter what is going on around us. We can choose our reality every day. Is it different from others around you? That may be a good thing!

So what exactly is our inner guidance?
Our inner guidance can be found in the inspirations we receive. Sometimes our inner guidance comes in the form of a knowing - we just know something that feels very right or true. It comes to us in words, pictures, a voice or thoughts.
How do we know it is our inner guide and not our negative gremlin voice? Our inner guide always states things positively and always gives us thoughts and ideas that make us feel good. Our Gremlin voice says things that make us feel bad and issues warnings.
How do we know when we are tuned in to our inner guide? We feel good. If we are feeling good – we are listening. If we are feeling bad we are not. Who do you want to listen to?
So how are you feeling these days?

Why me?
We deserve success in our lives and lots of it! So tell me why we so often get to focusing on things going wrong in our lives? When something goes wrong in our life we can often be heard muttering – why me? We focus on all that is probably wrong with us and may even create a list in our head! Yuck! Think of the Law of Attraction – Double Yuck!
What about the flip side though, when something is going right? Do we acknowledge it with a list? Let’s not take the fact that something is going right for granted – let’s take that as an opportunity to list all the reasons why we deserve that this good thing is happening!
When we focus more often on the good things happening in our life and all the reasons why we deserve all this good stuff, we will have even more good things happening! Now the Law of Attraction is working in our favor! Anything else is just a speed bump and we can decide how large we make it – or even oops, maybe we ignore it all together! Life is getting smoother by the minute.

What is beautiful in your life?
Beautiful is a great descriptive word for our life.
It has been said that beauty is in the eye of the beholder. Can you see the beauty in your life?
Try using the word beautiful when you talk about things today. After awhile you will not have to look too far to find what is beautiful because you will begin to see it easily everywhere. You know what they say about focus – and you know what they say about the Law of Attraction.

Is the small stuff important?
There may be two ways to view this question ……….
What if most of our current worries and concerns are really only small stuff and in the grand scheme of our lives they really have no importance? Maybe sometimes we make big deals out of little things? Perhaps a good question to ask is: will this matter tomorrow? Will this matter next year? When we concentrate on the small stuff that maybe is not going right – we can forget to focus on what we do want.
The flip side however is that sometimes focusing on the small stuff that is good for us, can make a huge difference in our lives. The small choices in the food we eat, whether to take the stairs or the elevator, whether we give ourselves time to focus on our dream daily …… all these little things and disciplines can make a huge positive impact on our lives.
So the question becomes – is this small stuff that will have no bearing on my future so I should focus on other things? Or is this small stuff that will pay huge dividends in my future? We just need to ask the question. Makes it easier to live all those dreams!

Be in the moment
All of our power is in the now. Today – right this moment – that is our power.
What about the past? We can choose in the now to make a different decision than we did in the past or we can choose in our now to make something we did in our past better.
What about the future? Our now is the only thing that determines our future. What kind of future do you want? If we make our decisions today with the future we want in mind – the future we have chosen is assured.
What do you choose for this moment now? I hope it is something that gives you pleasure and makes you feel good. That sounds like a good way to design a future doesn’t it?
