What if life is but a dream?

What’s real?
Is it real because we think it is real?
Does it seem real to us when we are dreaming?
It seems very real in a dream doesn’t it?

Do you sometimes play with aspects in your dreams?
You know when you kind of realize that you are dreaming and you decide to (for instance) change where you are going or what is happening.

We can do that in what we consider our ‘real life’ too.
When we change the thought, we can change our direction and our outcome.
We can become aware that we always have choices.
We don’t call it a dream life for no reason.

What is reality?

We create our reality every day by our thoughts and our actions.
Our beliefs shape our reality.

What do you think will happen? It will.
What would you like to have happen?
Do you believe it can happen? Then it will.

You see our beliefs lead us to think in a certain way, which causes us to act in a certain way, which leads to the result we thought we would get. Then we say – I told you so.

What are your beliefs? Would you like to change any?
Our beliefs will create our life.

Did you realize that you were so powerful?
It’s a skill really – creating our reality. Believe it.

Believe it

When we receive something
And we don’t really believe we can have it –
No matter what it is - It will end up disappearing from our lives.
We must believe that it is indeed our reality and not a mistake to keep it a part of our lives.
So how do we do that?

We can start by picturing right now that we are living with what we desire.
It makes no difference what we are currently experiencing because we can use our imagination. When we can feel it, see it, hear it and touch it in our dreams it is as good as ours in the real world and it will stay with us … until we decide we desire something else that is.

What do you desire? Believe you can live it and you will.

Choose your life

You are the one creating your own reality – so everything you choose is possible.

Sometimes people will get in your face and say: but you have to face reality……..

My question would be whose reality? What reality do you choose? You always get to choose what you want in your life.

Abraham- Hicks would say: Never face reality unless you like what you see.

Make deliberate choices in your life.

Don’t walk through life on auto pilot. Continually be saying – I decide – I decide …. I choose!

Dreams are lived this way.

What is your story?

Whatever we tell ourselves, our neighbors, our friends and the world becomes the story of our lives. If it is not true, it will become true. If it is has been true up to this point it will continue to be true because that is the Law of Attraction. The Law of Attraction states that what we think about, visualize and talk about must inevitably come to pass for us because that is our focus.

Where is your focus? Are you empowering yourself and others with your stories and the things you say? Do your stories reflect the life you want to live? We can change a story anytime we choose and when we change our story, our reality changes.

One of the easiest ways to start living our dreams is to tell the stories that match them.

Reality - Choose it!

Pick any reality for yourself that you like and stick with it.
That is a key to designing our perfect dream life.

No matter what is currently happening in our life, if we stick to thinking about the reality we have chosen, it won’t take long for all we are choosing to show up.

It is all a question of what we focus on. By looking for the signs our choices are arriving – we are choosing our focus! Everything but what we focus on gets left behind.
