How do we get to experience joy in our life?
We experience it the same way everything else shows up in our life – with our focus.
So do you want to focus on joy?
It’s always our choice as you know.

What makes you feel joyous? Try doing that!
Look for joy everywhere - Plan for joy always.
Expect joy to be in your life.
And allow yourself to feel the joy when it shows up.

We do deserve great joy in our life.
