What do you say and what do you believe? Are they the same?
It’s one thing to say beautiful sounding and positive words but do we really believe and live them? We just have to look at our lives. That is where our real truth is seen.
It is our beliefs that control our lives, not our words. We can say anything we want but it will be our beliefs that create our reality.
Do you want to change anything in your life? Then change your belief.

A belief is only a thought that we have thought a lot. It does not make it true.
Create the beliefs that you want to have and then create the words around the belief. Soon you will see proof that your new beliefs are indeed correct because we will always find what we are expecting. Then the words come quite naturally.

Spring is here! Clean out the old thoughts
Is it time for some new and empowering thoughts? What thoughts are not empowering and serving you? We can clean them out and change them just like we would the clothes in our closets.
Let’s look at thoughts that have become beliefs. A belief is nothing more than a thought that we have thought a lot and simply because we think a thought a lot, it does not mean that it is true. Sometimes we may also absorb others thoughts and beliefs and take them as our own but that does not make them true either.
It is time to examine our thoughts. We can keep the ones we like and that serve us but it is time to toss out the others. Sometimes we can banish them simply by realizing we have them and then changing our mind. Other times we may have to slowly change the old beliefs to ones that are more and more empowering for us.
Checking on our thoughts and cleaning out those that no longer serve us can be rewarding on many levels. If you need any help just let me know. I love this kind of spring cleaning!

Free to choose
We are ultimately free to make our own choices.
We may not be able to control exactly what other people do around us but we can certainly control the extent we allow it to come into our lives and how it affects us if at all.
Every minute of every day we can choose our responses.
Doesn’t that feel empowering?
No one can take away that power.
Choose – choose – choose – wow what a day we can create!
