If I can’t have fun – I don’t want to be here.
That’s how I look at life.
So I make sure I have lots of fun in my life.
When we play with life we have less stress and we feel happier.
We may not be able to play all the time but we can try to make everything we do as fun as possible. How can you make things more fun in your life? How do you want to play?
Decide how and then choose to play every day.
Why? Simply because it feels very, very good.
Now who has a hula hoop?

Life is like playing with clay
We can mold it and shape it and play with it.
We can create marvelous things.
When we grow tired of something or we don’t like something …
We can smoosh it up and start again.
Certainly we have the ability to reshape it.
Really. Go ahead and try smooshing.
It is so much fun! Just the way life should be.
Just think about what you might like to smoosh or reshape today ...
And I bet you smile all day long.

Play with life
Sing a song … Join hands with your best friend and dance around … color outside the lines … jump around … chase a cat … eat ice cream straight from the bucket …
Wear purple shoes … laugh at everything … walk around backwards … eat things that color your tongue red … play your music way too loud … sing at the top of your lungs – off key …
How many ways can you think of to play with life today?

Life is a grand adventure!
What if life is just a series of adventures that we get to choose and play with?
What adventure would you like to have next?
Anything – you can experience any adventure you like.
A new friend, a fight with your spouse, a car race, changing jobs ….
If we are going to have adventures, we might as well make each of them fun and make the most of them. You know, play with each adventure to the max and when we are tired of it we can choose our new adventure. Wow! Life is chock full of grand adventures and we can all choose from different ones! Wow! What fun!
Yep, life can be just like living at Disneyland.

Fun and easy does it!
Life can be easy and fun.
That is my belief. Do you like it?
When we have a project to do, we can ask ourselves: what is the easiest way to do a great job on this? How about asking - how can I find pleasure in this?
I’ll give you some ideas to get you started:
We can mow the lawn in wild clothes … we can complete our project at our desk with our favorite beverage in a fancy drinking glass with a funny straw beside us … we could do our errands on roller skates – let’s not forget the wearing of the big hat with the fancy pink feather (that is guaranteed to make everyone smile no matter what the chore)! I cannot however lend you mine as it is in use. How do you think I have so much fun writing these?
How about doing some things just for fun? What would that feel like?

This could be really, really fun! Our dreams love fun – I think that they come to us quicker because they want to experience it too. May you enjoy your easy, fun day to the fullest!

Let's Play!
We need to play a little every day.
What is the use of being here on earth if we cannot enjoy ourselves?
Remember how much fun it was to play as kids?
Everything in our life gets better when we stop and play for awhile.
Suddenly we can enjoy everything more.
Challenges we may be feeling don't seem so big ....
And new ideas seem to pop into our head like magic!
