Trust your instincts
Trust yourself. You know more than perhaps you think you do.
Why do we tend to think some ‘expert’ knows more about what is best for us than we do?
It all boils down to - how do we feel about something?
It should not matter what anyone else says or thinks. If it feels good, we should keep it, do it, or listen. If it feels bad, we should not keep it, not do it and not listen.
When we listen to our inner guidance we will always be on the right path to living our dreams.
As a life coach I can give you advice but the best part is when I can help you hear your own advice.
