Let's make up beliefs

Our beliefs shape our lives.
They form our expectations.
You could say they create our realities.

Do all our beliefs empower us?
Not all of mine do. So what do we do now?

We make up some beliefs!
We make up ones that serve us – ones that we like.
Simple ones … easy ones … wild ones …

If we can’t believe them though, they won’t work but if we can believe they are even
a little bit possible … Well then we are all set.

Our job is only to make up the belief.
Our mind will go about finding the proof that we are right.

Here are some fun ones to start with …
Life is easy – life is fun – good stuff always happens to me …

What is my new belief? Ice cream makes me skinny.
Just look at those skinny women eating ice cream – it must be true.

We can start small and build from there.

Life Coaching Discoveries

Life is full of things to be discovered.
I always try to share my discoveries with you.
I hope that my discoveries may help you find some discoveries of your own.
You see I don’t coach from only book learning – I coach by example.
Oh I have read plenty of books and I’ve studied a lot – but if you don’t put into practice what you learn about - what use is it?

Life can be easy, life can flow, and life can be fun.
Sometimes though stuff gets in the way, sometimes we need to clean and clear in our bodies and our mind because we let things get too complicated.

We only need to simplify.
We need to honor what is important to us.
Not be looking at everyone else but looking inside ourselves.

Sometimes we can do it on our own – sometimes we need a little help to see our own guidance. We all have inner guidance for what is best for our life of joy but sometimes we can no longer find it or hear it because it somehow got buried with other people’s beliefs.

Life can be joy…. if we choose it.
Everyone gets to choose what they desire so don’t look to your neighbor.
Look inside of yourself. What makes you feel alive? That’s your path.
We can all live our discoveries.

It is the perception.

Living a life of ease

Not everyone may be interested in living a life of ease but I am into it. I love adventure but not the stressful kind, the joyous kind.

It is my belief that life should be easy and joyous. Needless to say, I have a very easy and joyous life. Why do you think that is? It is because we tend to receive in life whatever we are focused on. Did someone say Law of Attraction here?

What are you focused on? What is important to you in life? What do you desire to see? Best we focus on those things don’t you think?

Now back to living a life of ease ….. If we think life will be easy – it will be easy. This is not rocket science. Life can be much simpler than that. All we have to do is try not to complicate it.

Let life flow – the easy way. What dreams are you living in your life of ease? Focus on them now and think easy, easy, easy. Ahh ……..

Perfection is possible

At least moments of perfection are possible.
If every moment was perfect - how could we appreciate the perfection in our lives?

I do know that when we choose to focus on what is going right in our lives we suddenly find more perfection. Do you think it can be that easy? Then it can be.

Many, many perfect moments are possible in our life if we look for them, expect them, are willing to create them, and allow them.

Life just gets better and better.
