Today's going to be a great day

I’ve got a feeling … today’s gonna be a great, great day ….
Aren’t those the words in a Black Eyed Peas song?
Okay well officially they say … tonight’s gonna be a good night …
But can you feel the positive energy in both those statements?
They sound like the basis for an amazing plan to me.

Even thinking today’s going to be a great day helps make it so – don’t you think?
How many times can we repeat to ourselves … today is going to be a great day?
We are going to start feeling that feeling in no time.
Then that vibration is going to be with us all day long attracting that great day to us.
We can start with the feeling and build upon it by thinking of all the ways our day can be great…
And then collecting the ways it actually is great … I’ll let your imagination take it from there.

Wow! Yes that is powerful stuff – it’s very powerful energy.
Did you fully realize that we each have the power to make our day great?

Everything is good!

How do you think life would feel if you walked around always thinking about, looking for and telling people “everything is good”?

My sister in law, Cynthia, has been uttering these words a lot and I believe it is something I will adopt. There obviously is a positive benefit to believing and looking for the good in everything.

Everything does serve us. We may not see it right away through our possible frustration but the benefit is always there. Give it time and it will show up. So uttering the words “Everything is good” ahead of time is a positive affirmation of our belief. The Universe loves this focus and will hasten to deliver our good life.

Who cares what came first? Everything is good!

Good or Bad?

What do you think something is?
Do you think some things that happen in life are good and some things are bad?
What if all of it is open to interpretation?
What if only our thoughts make it good or bad?

What if it only affects us if we let it?
What if it only enters our life if we let it because we placed our focus on it?
What if we withheld the judgment?
Would that change our thoughts?
Would that change our life?
