Perhaps many of us can fear our power to choose.
Here is an example …
“You mean to say if something doesn’t turn out right it was our fault?”
We are always choosing. Even not choosing is a choice.
If we don’t choose where to go next someone else will choose for us.
Don’t you think it is best we choose for ourselves?
I mean who knows what we desire better than us?
Choose what you listen to … what you watch … your friends … what you read … where you go … what you do … what you say … how you feel … what job you want … how you do your job … That’s power.
The bonus is … if something doesn’t turn out the way we thought it would – we can choose again.

Choose on ...
We are free to choose so much in our lives …
Free to choose our thoughts, our actions, our words and even the type of experiences we have.
When we feel we do not have the power to choose for ourselves – we feel powerless.
However, perhaps that too is a choice. Could we be choosing to feel powerless?
Choose what you want to experience in your life and place all your focus on that. Let nothing distract you from what you have chosen. That can be your choice.

This can be a good – very, very good life.

Can you love it?
We have to appreciate it to see it.

We've got the power!
I have decided those words will be my theme for this New Year.
We have the power to decide what we choose for our lives.
We have the power to make our lives exactly what we want them to be.
We have the power to create our dreams.
We have the power to live our dreams.
No one else has the power to create anything in our lives unless we give them that power.
There is also no need to feel overwhelmed by our power because it can be as gentle as we choose it to be.
The theme is: We’ve got the power so our success is inevitable!

What do we have to do with it?
What if I told you our day is created entirely from within ourselves?
That it does not really matter what is going on around us… who says what ... or who does or does not do something.
We choose our focus, our thoughts, our words and our responses. Those are the real things that make or break our day. It all starts with our intention at the beginning of the day. Do we anticipate that this day will be great and full of wonderful opportunities and experiences? Can we focus on what is good about everything that happens around us?
Let’s never give away our power – no way, this good or bad day is entirely within our control!
Can I tell you a secret? I think I very occasionally let a bad day happen because it makes me appreciate the good days so much more.
How good was our day yesterday? How good will our day be today?
Our choices will make our day perfect or not.

The power of one
What good can one do?
Each one of us has the power to control our own destiny.
Each one of us can control our own thoughts and choices.
Each one of us can control our own words and actions.
Each of us can choose for ourselves.
That is the power of one.
What if more want to join us?
Then that is the power of 2 or 3 or 4 or 10,000.
Does it matter if anyone joins us?
Not really because we have the power for ourselves.
We can live those dreams because we have the power to.

Stand in your power
We are powerful because we can each create exactly the dreams and life we choose.
Sometimes power is misunderstood as force. Our true power is not shown in force but by our creation of exactly the life we choose.
When we live in our power, we can easily stand up for who we are and what we believe in.
I believe in each of us living our dreams. What do you believe in?
We can show our power quietly and gently, without force and our power becomes greater.
Others do not have to live or think the way we choose for us to live our dreams.
Live in your true power and you can live every dream you choose. Maybe your example will show others how to live their dreams too. That’s power.
