My friend, Maria Tripaldi recently posted the following thought in Facebook:
“The journey has always been about laughing together, loving each other, seeking adventure, believing in our dreams and making a difference...but sometimes we forget.”
I like Maria’s adventurous journey.

Is it a New Year today?
We can actually choose to start our New Year on any day we choose. In fact we can have a New Year start every day if we want.
January first is the new calendar year but any second we choose to we can start our New Year. It is all part of the fun of life. We can pick and choose and design our perfect life to include all our dreams any time we choose.
Just for fun, do you want to start a New Year today? It keeps things fresh, fresh, fresh!
Actually in any moment we can choose to reinvent ourselves. Do you like the old you or do you want to play with a new you? We can mix and match! How fun!
When we forget whatever we had planned for our new year, it is okay because we can just start again. How cool is that?

What is on the way to your destination?
Our journey can bring us just as much happiness as our destination.
Yes, we need a general focus or a destination to aim for, but I think life is best when it is enjoyed every moment along the way.
We can drive from point A to point B like maniacs because our only goal is the destination and we will have missed enjoying a beautiful segment of time. Our life is really only made up of time. Why waste the precious moments between where we are now and where we want to be?
Let’s enjoy all our moments. Let’s make all of our moments the best that they can be – no matter where we are. Then we will be enjoying the whole journey as well as all of the destinations.
The goal is maybe to live the dream all along the way.
