There is real beauty in the now.
That is when we focus on what we like in the now.
Our now is so much brighter than a memory.
Plus we get to enjoy it now.
Sure we have lots of great stuff still coming our way –
But nothing compares to enjoying the now.
Plus our focus on the now will make all our future moments better too –
We just won’t see them until they become now.

Leave your worries behind
Why bother worrying?
We all know that chances are that whatever it is, it won’t happen or there is nothing we could do about it if it did. We’ve all done it and you’d think we have better things to do with our time.
If we can do something – we should. It will save us worry.
If we have no control over it - we shouldn’t worry.
Worry concentrates on what we don’t want.
Worry takes a lot of energy that could be better put to other things.
Better to place our thoughts on positive things.
For example we could concentrate on what we do want.
When we focus on enjoying the now moment and spend our time concentrating on what we do want to see and experience – there is no time, place or space for worry.
See no worries. Ah, it really is a good life.
