Perk ups for down days!

Yes, we all get down moments in our lives.
How we choose to deal with these down moments determines how fast we recover.

I suggest that you keep a list of things that bring you up. Like ….

- Going bowling
- Listening to uplifting music
- Reading something inspirational
- Eating Jello
- Working out
- Reading and writing in your Gratitude journal
- Thinking about something or someone you love.

Remember you can’t just list them, you have to do some.
There don’t you feel perkier already?

More Jello please. Just writing about it makes me laugh!
