How would you like to meditate?

The benefits of meditation are many.

Relaxation … Answers to questions … Feelings of peace … Feelings of connection … Feelings of joy … Aligning with the flow and ease of life …

What are we doing when we meditate? We are quieting our chatter box mind and allowing ourselves to hear our spirit or inner voice that knows all and only wants good things for us.

We don’t all have to meditate in the same way.

Does sitting quietly in one place not appeal to you? What about a walking meditation? Or a jogging meditation? Or an enjoying nature meditation? How about a writing meditation? A dancing meditation? A fishing meditation?

Don’t get stuck with one thought of how things should be done.
Meditate however you like. The benefits are many.
It is the intention and allowing that counts.
