Sometimes we end up making our decisions based on fear. What fears? Fear of the unknown, fear of failure, fear of what people will think, fear of losing money ..... the list goes on. Does anything sound familiar?
Wouldn't we all prefer to be able to make our decisions based in joy? We could ask ourselves - would this bring me joy? Yes? O.K. I'll do it!
Take a deep breath, and make one decision today from joy - not fear. It could be easier than you thought and lead to many more joyful decisions. Fears are never based on reality anyway.
