Soothe as needed

We all have moments when we get keyed up or caught up in something and we can feel anxious, irritated, frantic, frustrated and even unable to concentrate. What do we do?

We need to soothe this negative energy; to tone it down and lessen the intensity. We need to get back to a feeling good place where all is well. We cannot attract goodness and peace into our lives until we get to a position where we can feel goodness and peace.

How can we soothe ourselves? We can use mini meditations, music, happy thoughts, a walk, a nap, deep breathing, Reiki, a bath …….

The point is to realize that we can make this moment of agitation pass and when it does all will feel well again. Solutions, if needed, will come clearly if we can find a way to get back to a feel good place.

Find what soothes you and keep it within easy access. Label it with instructions: soothe as needed.
