Let's get physical

Activity, any physical activity, especially when done in nature, has a way of clearing our mind, sharpening our mind, giving us fresh ideas, and making us feel better on so many levels.

Now you know what to do the next time you feel down, frustrated, or in less than tip top shape. Get out of the house or office and walk or skip or hop! Don’t have the time? Make the time. You will be glad you did. Maybe you will skip right into one of your dreams.

Have fun with it and do the things you enjoy – because if it feels like a chore it doesn’t count.
