Choose to feel good

What if we simply made the goal for our life be to feel good? And to feel good not just at some point in the future but at all the points along the way.

Sounds like a great goal, a great plan, but sometimes we hit a thought or a situation where it seems hard to feel good doesn’t it? What do we do then?

Well what thought would make you feel better at that moment? There is a feel better thought somewhere in that beautiful head of yours for every situation. Reach for that feel better thought. You can do it. Find it and think about it and then when you feel a little better you can step it up a notch to an even sweeter feel better thought and . . . .

Before you know it you will be feeling good again.

When we feel good in the moment we are already living one of our dreams.
The rest will come easily.
