Do it in joy

How much more pleasurable would life be if we did all our actions in joy?
We can probably find the joy in anything if we place our focus on looking for it.

We can feel joy easily when we love doing the activity and we can even find joy when we love the person we are doing it for. We can find joy if we love the end result of our action too. There are many ways to find the joy in any activity including perhaps just being in the moment.

Imagine how much closer finding the joy in the things we do brings us to all our dreams.
Close? We will probably find ourselves living some joyful dreams right away!
Do everything in joy. It can make your day and change your world.
