Soothe your feelings

Sometimes when we have a life decision to make - it can make us confused, or anxious or even agitated. The more important the decision seems to us, the more these feelings can increase. We can even get to the point where we begin to not feel well.

At these times it is important that we figure out how to relax and soothe these feelings of unease. If we can calm ourselves and find our quiet space within, we can make our decision based on our own inner guidance. We always know the answers to the questions we pose and we always know what is best for us - sometimes we just forget to listen to ourselves.

The biggest question is: What feels best to you?

Rarely does anything really need to be decided in an instant - wait until your answer clearly comes to you - you will know it because it feels really good.

With one internal answer received at a time, you will truly be living your dreams!
